Hyperagent Launch OOH
How a team of 3 delivered launch-scale results.

Background
In February 2026, agentic AI was moving from curiosity to working product — software that doesn't just answer questions, but completes entire projects on its own. Hyperagent was built for exactly that: give it the kind of work that takes a person hours or weeks, delivered in minutes.
Ahead of the public launch, the company committed to an out-of-home campaign as the brand's first-ever appearance in the physical world. Billboards, transit placements, and hand-painted murals in three U.S. markets would put the brand in front of metro professionals: the AI-curious builders, founders, and operators most likely to become early adopters.
A three-person in-house team was tasked with the campaign: concept, creative strategy, and final production files.
The challenge
Launch an unknown brand in a category the public doesn’t yet understand. Make a stranger grasp “weeks of work, done in minutes” in a glance.
35 placements → NY, LA, & SF → 100 production mechanicals

A disciplined visual system
Bold typography, 3 background colors, 3 high-contrast highlights, punchline emphasis – designed for instant legibility and unmistakeable brand consistency across 100+ formats.

Market-tailored storytelling
Rather than one message everywhere, the team wrote 10 distinct versions of the campaign story — each a different scenario of hours-or-weeks of work compressed into minutes — mapped to the markets and neighborhoods where they'd appear. New York placements led with financial and entrepreneurial narratives; Los Angeles told film and entertainment stories. A commuter in the Financial District and a producer on the westside each saw Hyperagent doing their job's most painful work.
