Brand guidelines
Airtable's brand guidelines define how the brand looks, sounds, and behaves — from positioning and voice through logo, color, and type. They exist so that work made by different teams, agencies, and partners still reads as one company.
They live in two places: the Figma library, which is maintained by the brand team and is always the current version, and a PDF export for anyone working outside Figma. When the two disagree, Figma wins.
Where to find them

Brand library in Figma
The source of truth. Components, color and type styles, logo lockups, and layout grids — always current, always the version to build from.

Guidelines PDF
A snapshot of the full system in one document. Best for sharing with agencies, partners, and vendors who don't have Figma access.

The guidelines cover most day-to-day work. Come to the brand team when you're creating a new brand expression, working on co-branded or partner material, or you've found a case the guidelines don't answer — that's usually a sign they need updating.
